1. Service agreement
By engaging Super Pest Control you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided with a commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction, by trained technicians using approved products.
2. Service warranty
Termite control treatments carry a 5-year warranty. Every other pest control service carries a 1-year warranty. The warranty period is stated on your written quote and runs from the date of treatment.
Inside the warranty period you get 3 free follow-up visits a year. Warranty terms are specific to each service type and treatment method used.
3. Safety and compliance
All treatments use government-approved, eco-friendly products. We follow documented safety protocols so treatments are safe for children, pets and family members, and we tell you before we start which rooms to keep clear and for how long.
4. Payment terms
Payment is due when the service is complete unless something else is agreed in the quote. We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. Inspections are free, with no obligation to book a treatment.
5. Service coverage
Our services cover Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune and surrounding areas. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offer same-day service in every area we cover.
